Each portrait is carefully digitally refined and modelled before being 3D printed to create a detailed, textured finish that captures your pet in a unique and tactile way.

Portrait sizes are approximately around 17 cm x 20 cm with a thickness of around 2–3 mm.
Please note that exact dimensions may vary slightly depending on the shape and composition of the image provided, as each portrait is individually designed around your pet’s photo.

Please note
Colours and tones may appear slightly different in real life compared to your screen.
These portraits are designed in a stylised greyscale or sepia-inspired style rather than aiming for exact colour matching to your pet. Alternative tones such as pink, blue or green can also be used if preferred — we can discuss colour options together after ordering.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, small texture lines or slight imperfections may be visible. This is normal and part of the handmade process.

Returns & cancellations
As this is a personalised made-to-order item, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted once work has begun unless the item arrives faulty or not as described.
This complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding custom-made goods.
